STONEGROUND BAKERY – Hunters Hill

This project consisted of an entirely new fitout including back of house kitchen/bakery. The tenancy was a brand-new build with a heritage overlay due to some existing sections of the building. This didn’t cause to much drama, however, due to the space being constructed for general retail there were some issues with power allowance and wall construction type to meet compliance for kitchens. This being said we worked towards solutions quickly with the developer and client to ensure a fitout that functioned for the client and met code.
