This small inner-city renovation was a full rebuild of the back of the existing house. The interior work consisted of new custom kitchen, study nook, dining/sitting area and exterior deck. Overall, it was an 8 week turn around to convert the tired, dark old red brick semi which was desperately in need of repairs into the beautiful light filled space it now is.
