This impressive 3 level house with pool and cabana was a completely new architectural build. The block posed relatively easy access, however as the project commenced right after covid it had its challenges with lockdowns and such. Regardless, this custom designed project still finished in under the usual time frame!  The house possesses beautiful features such as soft stone tones and bold veneers. A large pivot entrance door showcasing the view right through to the pool and secret hidden entrance panels into BOH rooms such as the butler pantry, laundry and powder rooms.
